Mt. Laurel Criminal Defense Attorney Lawyer – NJ Traffic Court

Mark A. Bernstein has been practicing law since 1997. He has a Bachelors of Science in Finance, with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. He also earned a law degree with a J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he focused on Criminal Law.

Mr. Bernstein decided to specialize in Criminal Defense to protect peoples rights against overreaching by the police. Under the law, people are entitled to due process and fair treatment and he seeks to protect those freedoms.

When Mark takes on a case, he personally picks apart every piece of evidence. This, in turn, builds the foundation of the strongest and best defense he can to ensure his clients rights are protected. He is aggressive and never backs down from any prosecutor. Mr. Bernstein fights until the end for every client and treats each case as if its the most important one.
